Thesis Statement
The triange at the top...
Oswald's Confrontation ©NevilleAssoc.com |
I am starting his blog off with my "thesis statement" for the entirety. I need another place other than social media, since I am incapable of playing the new reindeer games.
I have thoughts I do not necessarially want a reply, there are thoughts I am just putting down to get out of my head and there are some thoughts where I genuinely want to hear if anyone else gets it and I DO want a reply. Just like real life.
We are all going through our demons and I guess this will be my way, until I get bored with it and abandon it as I do so many other projects.
So, why do I say "The triangle at the top"? To this day, when I am writing anything of significance, I still use a tool I was taught in 4th grade in prep school.
Picture it (since I do not feel like scanning in, or digitally drawing it...):
Upside down triangle
- Broad comment introducing the overall theory on the subject
- 3 main points to prove theory
- Ending the paragraph with the thesis statement on how.
3 rectancles
- Each paragraph explans and clarifies the main points defined in the introductory paragraph
Right side up triangle.
- Reiterate the thesis statement
- Close out theories
- Final statement
I am going try to make these posts be as articulate, though honest as possible. Thus the image of Oswald... looking into my soul.
